Eppan is beautiful all year round. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, our guests can enjoy a wide range of activities all year round.
Even in February, the nearby Spring Valley (360° photo) is a wonderful hiking destination. At Easter, the orchards are in full bloom. The cycling network around Eppan is very well developed and along the shores of Lake Caldaro it even connects us with the neighbouring region of Trentino in Italy.
Children love the cycle path between Eppan and Kaltern. A bike ride among the orchards of the Adige Valley can easily be combined with a visit to the high ropes course in Terlano.
Our location is perfect for hiking, biking, swimming, surfing, sailing and shopping. In summer, nature lovers enjoy the ice holes. Icicles hang from the cold caves even at this time of year. You can also see a natural rock garden with a rare plant life of over 600 different species. Right next to the ice holes is the Gleif pilgrimage church with several chapels, which lead to the village centre of St. Michael via a hiking trail.

In autumn, when the "Törggele" season begins, you can hike from Korb Castle to the ruins of Boymont Castle (360° photo), Hocheppan Castle and the Kreideturm (Cream Tower), stopping off at one of the many wine taverns along the way. A succulent plate of meat, fresh wine and homemade specialities in convivial company, such as in the Paulsner Dorfkeller, are a must. Also worth a visit is the climb to Sigmundskron Castle, which is very close to our house. Reinhold Messner opened the Messner Mountain Museum there in 2006. Guided tours are offered daily.
You can find more information on many other activities in a folder in our holiday apartments. The Eppan Tourist Board also keeps you up to date with weekly updates of the leisure program on its website.
